We also utilize advanced telephony features to provide dynamic overflow to partner call centers during unexpected volume spikes, keeping abandonment in check and helping our clients to maximize returns.
To safeguard your data and ensure campaign continuity, we've invested heavily in security, redundancy, and fail-safe protection. We utilize data encryption for file transfers and maintain a robust Cisco firewall. Each server has a redundant power source plus a backup server in the wings. Great Falls Marketing is protected by full generator backup. Disaster Recovery plans allow us to re-route all calls to partner call centers in the event of a local disaster.
